“愛江山”是一家地道的韓式餐廳，位於北京紫竹院公園附近，周邊環境清雅怡人。餐廳的室內空間設計以舞台布景的方式再現了獨具特色的韓國傳統街道鬧市的場景。室內空間根據不同的就餐方式形成高低不同的區域，使得環境空間錯落有致。散座區與包房區分別設在不同的樓層，這裏的空間模擬了異域原生態傳統市井的生活狀態，空間氛圍別具一格。

室內空間的裝飾部分完全借鑒了韓國傳統建築的設計元素，清一色的原木做舊的構架亭廊，古色古香的生活道具，手工的月餅模子，古樸的石材質感的牆麵，手工編織的裝飾品等，構成了室內幽靜氣氛。室內有汩汩的清泉流過，客人在就餐的區域即能感受到一種質樸脫俗的清新之感。

在餐廳的二樓設有古琴演奏區，客人在就餐的同時可享受到優美的古琴聲。

室內燈光的設計可謂考究，這裏既有熱鬧市井的場景，同時兼具寧靜溫馨的氣氛；燈光層次的控製分明，不同區域不同功能的照明方式各不相同又相互融為一體。餐廳設計通過材質質感的表現來塑造空間的氛圍，部分反射材質的應用增加了室內的通透感和精致的感覺。餐廳的總體環境所表現出的氛圍充滿了古樸與脫俗的感覺，鮮明的設計風格成為餐廳的特色。

餐廳入口兩側是兩個不同圍合方式的散座就餐區，在空間布局方麵，進入人們視野的是其通透的空間環境，在玻璃和天然石圍合的室內空間中人們有進入世外桃園的感覺；在門廳入口處的玻璃隔斷裏陳列的各種風格的陶罐為餐廳增加了古樸而生活化的氣息。

室內空間的布局通過環廊將室內空間的視覺效果控製在一個立體的空間之中，一層的室內景觀可以成為二層觀景的元素，室內布局精細而巧妙。

為了體現一種自然環境之下的氣氛，在上下連貫的樓梯間附近的牆麵采用天然石材打造風化了的肌理效果，人們可以在空間的連續性上欣賞這些材質在變化狀態中形成的美感。餐廳內溝通上下層的樓梯也采用特別的形式，餐廳空間的布局模仿了韓國古代市井的商業店麵的特點，每個不同區域就餐位置按照環境的不同被布置得高低有所不同，室內流動的水景成為這裏的別致景觀，水環繞在開敞的包間之間，客人在就餐的同時大有接納天地之氣的野外感受。

餐廳內的裝飾設計也是圍繞著營造質樸和原始感進行的，在餐廳一層的入口處放置的月餅手工模具，為餐廳的飲食文化特點起到了點題的作用，飾品本身的裝飾效果不但是對傳統飲食文化的說明，同時表明餐廳飲食文化的淵源及所推崇的飲食文化的方向。在設計手法上不僅僅是以簡單的裝飾物出現，空間中擺放和設置的一係列裝飾構架也與之配套呼應，懸掛模具的構架及卯榫結構的木柱梁隔斷使得室內空間的裝飾形成一個相互呼應的整體。

“Ai Jiangshan” is an authentic Korean restaurant, and is close to Beijing Zizuyuan Park, surrounded by quiet and pleasant environment. The interior design represents the distinctive bustling scene on the street in the tradition of Korean history by way of stage scene. Different zones are formed according to different dining ways, varying in height, making the environment be in graceful disorder. The zone with scattered zone and the zone with private rooms are arranged on different floor, and the interior space imitates the living state in the primitive, traditional and exotic city, creating original ambience. The interior decoration borrows ideas from the design elements of Korean traditional architecture, and all the frames are made of log that is made old deliberately. With spring gurgling, guests can feel unconventionally fresh even at the dining area. All the ornaments in the interiors space are the living props with ancient appeal: the handmade moon cake molds, the primitive walls with stone texture, as well as the pavilions with wooden truss and hand-knitted ornaments make the interior space quiet and peaceful. There is an ancient stringed instruments playing zone on the second floor, and guests can enjoy the mellow sound of the stringed instruments as they have dinners. The interior light design is tasteful, not only creating the bustling scenes of the city, but also providing tranquil and pleasant atmosphere. The light has clear gradation: different zones are matched with different lighting style with different functions, yet they integrate each other into a whole. The design of the restaurant creates atmosphere by means of expressing the textures of the materials, and the application of some reflective materials makes the space more penetrating and exquisite. The overall ambience of the restaurant overflows with primitiveness and unconventionality, and the vivid interior design style becomes the distinctive feature of the restaurant.

The layout of the restaurant imitates the features of the storefront in the ancient city in Korea, and dining positions in different zones are arranged according to different environment, varying in height. The flowing waterscape becomes the original scenery in the interior space, and the water surrounds between open private rooms, providing guests with the feeling of incorporating the nimbus from heaven and earth at dinner.

The interior decoration design aims to create primitive and original feeling. The handmade moon cake molds placed at the entrance on the first floor play a striking role in setting off the features of the catering culture of the restaurant.The decorative effect brought by the ornaments themselves not only illustrates the traditional catering culture, but also reflects the origin and the highly praised orientation of the catering culture. In the aspect of design method, the simple ornaments are adopted, with a series of decorative frame displayed and set in the interior space matching and echoing them. The frame of the hanging mould and the wood beam with mortise and tenon structure form an integrity echoing each other.
